Position Type: Full-time

Cenveo, a world leader in the management and distribution of print and related offerings is seeking a Customer Service Representative in its New Albany, IN facility.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, one or more years of customer service experience in a production environment and excellent computer and written and verbal communications skills.

Job Summary

Under minimal supervision and guidance, this position is responsible for acting as a liaison between and as a team member with the customer, sales and production. Also responsible for acting as an advocate for the customer, representing the customers' interests, thereby developing and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

*These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.*

Monitor customer order pricing vs. system pricing for errors.

Provides fast, courteous service to both external and internal customers.

Communicates with customers, sales personnel, and/or manufacturing personnel concerning order status. May expedite or revise orders as needed.

May act as designated representative for specific accounts.

Communicates with customers by phone or about product and printing requirements, status of orders and answering customer questions.

Arrangement of delivery dates and communication of shipment and delivery information, including communication of any deviations from delivery dates.

Keeps sales personnel and management informed of interactions between customer and company, alerting them of any conditions that may lead to customer dissatisfaction.

Advises on product availability, pricing and delivery schedules.

Uses independent judgment and discretion in the resolution of concerns or complaints.

Other (Non-Essential) Functions

*Includes functions which are normally performed by persons holding this title. However, these functions may be reassigned to other employees as part of a "Reasonable Accommodation" under the ADA.*

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions

Environment is typically general office, though the incumbent may spend short periods in the manufacturing environments with exposure including but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels and variations in temperature. Incumbent constantly required to hear, speak, articulate and use manual dexterity.

Incumbent regularly required to use color vision, grasp, reach and sit for prolonged periods of time.
