The College of Computing was established in 1990 as the first such College at a public university and the second in the United States.

Job Summary
Develop and coordinate the implementation of programs designed to promote the Institute to target audiences of potential and enrolled students and other groups thereby encouraging their enrollment and retention at the Institute and/or a program within the Institute.
This position will interact on a consistent basis with:

Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the management of the NCWIT BridgeUP STEM program, which brings together a diverse community of Atlanta-area high school girls and non-binary individuals, who are interested in pursuing computing careers, with Georgia Tech College of Computing undergraduate mentors, research faculty, and graduate students.
Lead the day-to-day operations of BridgeUP STEM;
Partner with school districts, NCWIT and Constellations staff to recruit students to apply for the BridgeUP STEM program;
Coordinate with Georgia Tech faculty and students for potential collaborations;
Create status reports for distribution to leadership team and for use in status update meetings; and
Maintain detailed budget and other documents related to expenditures (and appropriate budget adjustments) to ensure that the project is completed within budget;
Analyze outreach objectives and assess needs in the way of program components and required resources;
Define specific program objectives and develop implementation plans;
Coordinate program implementation including directing stages required to meet program objectives;
Develop promotional communications and marketing materials that support program objectives;
Plan, schedule and manage program promotional events;
Participate in conferences and other meetings and events that promote program participation and provide promotional opportunities;
Assess and report on program results relative to expectations;
Formulate and administer program budgets; maintain supply of program materials.
