    Job Summary
    Seeking an individual to develop and implement programs to attract and retain students at Georgia Tech. Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the GIFT program at the Georgia Tech Savannah campus.
    Responsibilities
    • Analyze outreach objectives and assess program needs
    • Define specific program objectives and develop plans
    • Coordinate program implementation
    • Develop marketing materials supporting program objectives
    • Plan and manage program promotional events
    • Participate in conferences and events to enhance program participation
    • Assess and report on program results
    • Administer program budgets and supplies
    • Develop programs to retain target student groups
    • Perform other assigned duties
    Required Qualifications
    • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • Required Experience: Four to five years of related experience
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Ability to coordinate activities among diverse groups
    • Fluency in a second language may be preferred

      Master's Degree in Education is a plus
    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
    • Skills Required: Knowledge of marketing and educational outreach, program planning, detail orientation, organization, presentation, customer relations, and communication
