**We are looking to add to our Support Staff for this Heavy Construction Equipment & Material Handling Equipment Company.**
If you've been in Florida then you know who we are Great Southern Equipment opened its doors in 1960 when Florida was rapidly expanding and we're still here providing full service dealership support of Heavy Equipment, Compact Equipment, and Material Handlers.

**Responsibilities**
Provide Administrative Support to our Sales Department
Ensure that all work is completed expertly and meets quality standards.
Communicate effectively with other departments to run workflow efficiently.
Prepare Sales Proposals and Invoice Heavy Equipment
Order Attachments for Equipment Sales
Send Machine Prep instructions to the Service Department
Prepare company bids for Equipment Sales
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer happiness
**Qualifications**
Must have at least 5 years administrative experience
Knowledge MS Office to include, Outlook, Excel, & Word, a must
**Industry Experience as a Sales Coordinator in a Heavy Equipment Dealership is a definite plus**
Good communication skills
