    Description
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
    • At least 2 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, with demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functions, especially recruiting
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively in the workplace.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (preferably Workday) and other HR-related software applications.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
    • Ability for overnight travel <10%
    • Ability to work on site at the Data Center for 4 out of 5 days a week
    • Project tracking/management
    • Event planning coordination (on site and potentially remote)

    HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR principles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting and engaging employees.
