    Looking for a change? Want to join a growing company? High energy to drive sales? We have an opening for Bison Innovative Products Territory Manager position. Candidate must be located within the territory, working from home when not traveling. Ideal candidate should have exposure in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

    Bison Innovative Products, a division of RPM International, is searching for an experienced and motivated Territory Manager in Detroit. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction, architectural, or engineering industries, with knowledge of roofing, green roofing, deck construction, landscape architecture/architecture as a plus. The role involves delivering professional training presentations and requires comfort in presenting technical information to small groups.

    Since 1994, Bison has been a leader in designing Pedestals and hardwood Deck Tiles for beautiful rooftop environments. Headquartered in Denver, CO, Bison is known for top-rated customer service and offers competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities to employees.

    Candidates will receive an Open-ended compensation plan with a monthly draw against commissions.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be an expert in Bison's product lines and applications.
    • Lead contact for sales, projects, and training in the assigned territory.
    • Track leads, quotes, and information in Salesforce.
    • Provide support to ensure excellent service to customers.
    • Meet or exceed goals following Bison's procedures.
    • Travel within the territory to promote products and meet customers.
    • Conduct training sessions and provide information about competitors.
    • Represent Bison at conventions and trade shows.
    • Provide input for marketing and product line improvements.
    • Follow up on leads generated by advertising.
    • Attend sales meetings and trainings as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum five (5) years of sales experience.
    • General Construction Experience
    • Travel flexibility (50%) throughout the territory.
    • Handle multiple projects and interruptions.
    • Experience with formal business communications.
