    As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Intellectual Property Attorney to join our team in San Diego.

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Intellectual Property Attorney to join our thriving practice.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, with expertise in patent prosecution, trademark registration, and intellectual property litigation.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled professionals and contribute to the success of our clients' intellectual property strategies.

    Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on matters related to intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

    Draft, review, and prosecute patent and trademark applications before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and other relevant authorities.

    Conduct intellectual property searches and evaluations to assess the novelty and registrability of inventions and trademarks.
    Assist clients in developing and implementing intellectual property protection strategies, including licensing agreements, enforcement actions, and portfolio management.
    Represent clients in intellectual property disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.

    Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and industry trends to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.

    degree from an accredited law school.
    Active license to practice law in the state of California.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing intellectual property law, with a focus on patent prosecution and/or trademark registration.

    Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
