- Spearhead business development initiatives, targeting new opportunities within the Metal Stamping and Tool & Die sectors, to broaden the client base and bolster market presence.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs, and positioning services as premier solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to inform strategic planning and establish our company as a dominant force in the Tool & Die manufacturing landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project management and delivery that exceeds client expectations.
- Craft compelling proposals and quotations, highlighting our capabilities in Production Stamping and Tool & Die manufacturing, emphasizing quality and cost-efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and surpassing sales targets through strategic business development and client acquisition efforts.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in Business Development within the Metal Stamping industry, with a specialized focus on Tool & Die manufacturing.
- Expertise in tool and die design, manufacturing processes, and their application in metal stamping, with LCC Tool & Die manufacturing experience being highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated prowess in sales and negotiations, with a history of successful client acquisition and revenue enhancement.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a knack for identifying market trends and crafting winning business strategies.
- Must possess experience in selling new die builds, refurbishments, and repairs.
- Highly value production sales experience, though not strictly mandatory.
- Familiarity with LCC (low-cost country) sourcing or manufacturing.
- Ability to rapidly generate new business for die manufacturing.
- 6 figure base salary.
- Monthly phone allowance of $50.
- Monthly car allowance between $500-$600.
- 1% commission on all die manufacturing projects and programs brought into the company (value add).
- 1% commission on all production projects or programs for the duration of the program (value add).
- $250k total compensation potential.
