Responsibilities:

id in the analysis, requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft PowerPlatform solutions.
Develop PowerPlatform solutions for the IT Division, and assist citizen developers in creating and maintaining their own solutions using the platform based on their business needs.
Provide comprehensive support and training to the PowerPlatform user community at client and assist in facilitating low/no-code technology adoption within the agency.
dhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platforms use at the client.
Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.
Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of PowerPlatform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.
Troubleshoot PowerPlatform issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.
Function as a liaison between IT and the business units; serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
ssist customers in discerning between PowerApps/PowerAutomate and other technology offerings when gathering requirements; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives to meet business needs.
Contribute to improving our processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

Design and Development of MS PowerPlatform to include CanvasApps, Model-Driven Apps, PowerAutomate, Sharepoint Online, and Teams.
Experience with SharePoint Online configuration through the web UI.
SharePoint Online site administration, governance, search, and security.
Capable of supporting business/citizen developers via training, documentation, and hands-on guidance.
Customizing web parts and web part pages; creating sites, document libraries, lists, and views; search and taxonomies; Office/InfoPath integration.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
