Your Responsibilities:


  • Conversion of machines and tools according to the specifications of the work preparation and production management
  • All adjustment work on individual machines
  • Checking of material procurement (e.g. belts, wires) from the raw material warehouse
  • Training of new employees and ongoing training of staff
  • Selfinspection of quality
  • Threading of all machines, production of parts and rework
  • Participation in complaint processing
  • Work allocation of machine operators at the machines, taking into account production planning
  • Accompaniment of part stamping until final approval by quality control
  • Identification and utilization of potential for improvement in tools, machines and personnel
  • Technical support
  • Maintenance of tool cards, error collection cards, lubrication plans and machine books

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed technical training such as machine and plant operator, tool mechanic, industrial mechanic, etc.
  • Experience and knowledge in the production area of a metal processing company (machine operation & machine setting)
  • Good knowledge of PC and common programs
  • Knowledge of handling measuring and testing equipment (possibly also special measuring equipment)
  • Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
  • Experience in personnel management is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German
