In the
Citizen Services / Social Services Department, we are looking to fill a position for a
Refugee Support Officer (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date, rated according to pay group 9a TVöD-V, for a fixed term of two years.

Part-time employment is possible.


The responsibilities include:
Processing, calculating, and disbursing benefits according to the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act (investigation and decision-making process), including decisions on appeals

Accommodation of foreign refugees

Support and advice for refugees willing to leave voluntarily, as well as organizing voluntary departures

Processing, calculating, and disbursing benefits according to the Social Code XII

Administration of asylum seeker accommodations, including handling contracts with energy supply companies and procuring household goods/initial equipment, as well as
