- The Product Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for the activities related in the designs for Electrified Vehicle applications.
- This position entails working with power electronics suppliers to ensure corporate requirements and specifications.
- Support multiple assembly vehicle builds and parts sign offs.
- Create and maintain documentation outlining best practices supporting internal continuous improvement initiatives.
- Overall representative from Chief group for Company build and test activities.
- Manages build complexity and delivery from trans lab in the context of overall program timing.
- Management across programs.
- First interface for perspective for all programs and build phases.
- First responder for parts fitment, issues,
- Create and manage build book.
- Accepting, receipt, and dispersal in trans lab of returned EDM builds and PIMs(mis builds, failures, etc.).
- Organizing and tracking parts, returns, builds. (More Help Needed)
- Coordinating EOL test, first issue responder, scheduling, and timing. Providing EOL triage.
- EOL configuration management by EDM variant (cables, SW, dyne integration).
- Parts supply for test teams that need new parts. Planning, scheduling, and Parts tracking within engineering. (More Help Needed)
- First responder / triage for EDM issues reported from customer at Company (dyne/vehicle/etc). (More Help Needed)
- Attending to operator and technician concerns about products, helping to ensure issues are noted and lessons learned are implemented. Support here useful.
- Flashing PIMs at Company for EDM builds
- BOM Management including plan for every part
- Management of EDM spares for fleet
