We are currently looking for a Project Manager as a Tenant Construction Supervisor (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Düsseldorf as soon as possible.


Your tasks:

  • You act as project manager and representative of the client's interests in exciting projects for DB InfraGO AG.
  • You manage the support of internal and external tenants, act as a contact person for tenants and their project participants regarding DB internal regulations and inspection obligations for store construction and renovation projects.
  • You ensure compliance with project goals and consider all technical framework and standard requirements within the approved cost, schedule, and quality framework.
  • You coordinate procurement planning and make decisions on or monitor the use of funds for planning and consulting services, as well as the contractual obligations of the planner (planning, cost estimation, scheduling) and procurement planning for executing companies.
  • You demand planning optimizations in case of deviations from intermediate planning results, check planning results, and approve them.
