- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms, including content calendar creation, post scheduling, and community management
- Conduct research and write informative and engaging social media posts, blog articles, and graphics to promote 's solutions and industry thought leadership
- Manage email marketing deployment, including content creation, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Track and analyze the performance of all content marketing efforts (website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, click-through rates, lead generation, etc.)
- Generate reports and identify areas for improvement in the content marketing strategy
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and social media best practices
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Create visually appealing graphics and infographics to support social media and blog content
- Edit and optimize existing video content for social media purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in content marketing or social media management
- Proven ability to create engaging and informative written content
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices, particularly for LinkedIn and Twitter
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data from various sources (website analytics, social media platforms, email marketing platforms)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- A passion for AI and its potential applications
- A strong understanding of B2B and B2G marketing
- 5+ years of marketing experience is desired
- Experience creating infographics or other visual content
- Video editing experience
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign experience would be fantastic
