- Oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of affordable housing communities.
- Ensure compliance with Affordable Housing-LIHTC and HUD programs.
- Manage budgets, financial efficiency, and capital improvement programs.
- Maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of company policies and training programs.
- Lead and supervise Community Managers and site associates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to uphold company standards.
- 7 years of progressive experience in Multifamily Property Management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Regional Manager.
- Experience with HUD project-based section 8 and Affordable Housing-Tax Credit programs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on training and mentoring.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of affordable housing laws.
- Proficiency in Yardi and One Site management programs.
