- Clearly documenting rationale for decision, and providing supporting documentation
- Balance inventory queues, deadlines, and priorities to achieve departmental standards and production goals
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- 13 years' experience in client screening operations or KYC related experience preferred
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage tasks
- Independent decision maker, able to make timesensitive assessments and articulate findings to senior investigators or managers
- Understanding of regulatory concepts including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, and the USA PATRIOT Act
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint)
