    Growth Marketer

    Job Description:

    LOCATIONHybrid work from our Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA offices is required with flexibility to work remote up to 2 days per week SUMMARYResponsible for various aspects of assigned marketing projects.

    Projects will be specifically focused on marketing and communication efforts related to sales, business operations, customer service and Black Knight employees.

    Typically involves extensive interactions with cross- functional teams of various functional areas of the business.

    RESPONSIBILITIESOversees projects related to new product launch campaigns, as well as existing product enhancements and new services in support of the division's product roadmapPlans and coordinates all aspects of Marketing projects from initiation through delivery and ensures requirements align to operational standardsSupports the division with various marketing activities, including advertising (print and digital), lead generation, sales promotion, collateral, tradeshows, events, thought leadership, website, and social media activities by coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, delivering tactics on time to ensure that project results are in line with corporate expectationsProject manages multi-channel lead generation campaigns in support of specific business objectives.

    Manages project initiation activities that include identifying clients or business needs and goals, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as neededRoutes sales leads from various efforts (events, emails, webinars, podcasts, advertising) as appropriate to sales for follow-up.

    Develops, defines, and executes project plans, project scope, activities schedules, budgets, and deliverablesIdentifies and coordinates needed resources for project execution, implementation, and analytics for all assigned projects, including activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departmentsManages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope, and quality) are achieved.

    Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as neededDelivers informational and decision-seeking presentations to business groups in Black Knight and/or in client organizationsConduct project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, hand over documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams, and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvementSome travel may be requiredPerforms additional related duties as assignedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experienceRequires 5+ years of work experience managing projects related to marketingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExcellent knowledge of standard marketing concepts, practices, and procedures of communications (including writing and editing)


    Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelinesDeep knowledge of marketing and communication processes and best practicesWorking knowledge of marketing automation tools, project management software and/or CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce MS Dynamics)Demonstrated skill in managing project and timelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled knowledge of production requirements for marketing materials (ads, printing, digital, etc.)Ability to interact effectively with division leads and, in some cases, clients or third partiesMortgage industry knowledgeICE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location.
