- Oversee all corporate accounting for a portfolio of clients
- Business partner with Controllers / Accounting leadership teams
- Preparation of Financial Statements (Quarterly / Annual)
- Month-end close, reconciliations, cash management
- Budgeting, Financial Planning, and variance analysis
- Review work completed by direct reports
- Maintain accounting policies and internal controls
- Implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Support annual audit efforts as needed
- Train / mentor junior level staff
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
- 4+ years of Public Accounting experience, with Nonprofit clients
- CPA is preferred, not required
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to lead teams
- Self-motivated; strong communication and business partnering skills

This Consulting firm is seeking a Manager level candidate (or strong Senior stepping into the role) to add to the team This individual will be responsible for handling a portfolio of clients, managing month-end close, financial statement preparation, assisting with any systems implementations / upgrades, process improvement, and internal controls.
This is a great role for an individual looking to get away from Audit, yet retain a variety of work. Travel is not required for this role (work to be done either remote, or from the corporate office depending on preference)
