ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about transforming Sales Qualified Leads into long-term investors? We're on the lookout for a visionary, someone who grasps the pivotal role of qualifying and disqualifying potential clients to achieve exceptional retention rates and customer satisfaction.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS & TRAINING

Your duties will encompass converting prospective clients, optimizing CRM systems, networking within the industry, and engaging in continuous training sessions to elevate your sales performance and skillset.

Compensation Structure:
Base salary of $85,000 with commission.

Commission:
$500 per Door.


Job Types:
Full-time, Contract.

Benefits:

Schedule:
8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Supplemental pay types:
Bonus opportunities, Commission pay.

EXPERIENCE

Property Management Sales:
3 years (required).

Sales: 5 years (preferred).


License/Certification:
Real Estate License (preferred).
