    Travel:
    Description
    Leading and developing Operations Test Operations team that hasresponsibility for daily execution of product testing. You will be responsiblefor MACOM's in-house testing operation.

    You will interface with engineering andoperations teams early in the development cycles to develop efficient end-to-endtest solutions and ensure a smooth deployment and scheduling of our in-house manufacturing.

    This position will work with internal and external partners on the designand deployment of complex factory test systems. Handle detailed requirements'definition, review, and approve test designs, and lead implementation. Workwith your team and vendors to scale and maintain production test systems acrossthe Lowell facility. Driving optimizations in the various test processes toensure product quality, and operational efficiency.

    Key Qualifications

    5-7 years of experience in Test or Manufacturing Engineering, Failure Analysis or related validation role including 4+ of those years in people management roles.

    Excellent understanding ofelectronic test & assembly processes, particularly related to RF andmicrowave

    Consistent track record ofdelivering complex test projects from NPI to mass production.

    Establish strategic plans andobjectives; make final decisions on administrative and operational mattersand ensure effective achievement of objectives.

    Comprehensive understanding ofmanufacturing test processes and failure analysis.

    Informative in production controlprocesses, data analysis/interpretation Cp/Cpk and correlation analysis

    Project management and peoplemanagement experience with excellent interpersonal skills andcommunication skills

    Education & Experience
    BS/MS in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.

    Communications Systems MS preferred. MBA is a plus.
