    At the core of all Armor's offerings is the customer-facing Armor Management Portal (AMP).

    AMP is the main interface through which customers consume Armor's products and services – ranging from security and compliance modules to managing administrative functionality like access control and accessing Armor support.

    As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of core services including AMP to deliver an exceptional and unified customer portal experience built upon a cohesive platform tightly integrated with Armor product lines.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product strategy, define requirements, and oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Additional duties may be assigned as required.)
    Build the product strategy and vision, aligning to the company's overall business objectives and market opportunities to deliver a product that meets customer needs
    Engage with customers and partners to understand product requirements, creating new value or improving existing features rooted in customer-centricity
    Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle, from defining a product roadmap and breaking it down into discrete features and tasks for backlog planning with design and engineering teams

    Facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle to generate alignment and a shared understanding of product functionality, placement, and go-to-market strategies.

    Ensure ongoing product performance by defining clear OKRs, KPIs and metrics for data-driven analysis and optimization of product performance

    REQUIRED SKILLS
    Proven track-record delivering enterprise products/services to market
    Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud and managed services
    Experience as a platform / technical product manager (preferred)
    Experience working with SDLC and common agile methodologies (preferred)
    Educational background in computer science or related technical equivalent (preferred)
    Experience working with software, service, and DevOps teams (preferred)
    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
    Experience in Product Management within a hosting or software company
    5+ years of product management experience
