    Exciting Opportunity for a Production Quality Manager at a Leading Energy Storage Company

    Join a mission-driven team and help build a multi-million dollar company by 2030 Pave Talent, in collaboration with a prominent player in the energy storage sector, seeks a passionate and talented Production Quality Manager. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to be a key driver in enhancing telecommunication infrastructure and contributing to the development of innovative, software-enabled energy management systems.

    Our client is aleader in the design and manufacture of energy storage and management systems specifically tailored for the telecommunications industry.

    Role Impact:

    • Your role will directly influence the company's mission to revolutionize energy storage solutions, ensuring more reliable and sustainable telecommunications services worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Embed a process-driven, continuous improvement methodology within the company's operations.
    • Lead and train teams on lean manufacturing methods and advanced problem-solving techniques to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
    • Support and validate continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, driving the development of an engaged and empowered workforce.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a Lean/Operations Excellence role, preferably within a technology manufacturing environment.
    • Proven project management skills and a robust understanding of Lean principles and ISO compliance.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading transformation initiatives and managing high-stress situations effectively.
