- Drive the Demand Planning process across the functions to find out proper demands level to provide sufficient stock level to secure business
- Responsible to creating a demand plan that serves as a base for sales and supply activities, aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and company profitabilityEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Demand and Inventory plans for Wilson businessPlay a key role in the Demand planning process driving cross
- functional alignment and communicationMonitor changes in the marketplace and act as a sparring partner for Sales and CommercialMeasuring demand planning accuracy and working for continuous improvementDevelop effective forecasting models based on available data including industry trends and demand patternsContinuous improvement of processes and systems to increase forecast accuracyCommunicate forecast and inventory projections to key stakeholders as requiredProvide reports and analytics tools to support fact
- based decision
- making to Brand headClose communication with Brand Head, Sale team, and Supply planner[]
- Minimum 3~5 years experience in a Demand Planning role or similar
- Bachelors degree from a four
- year college
- Strong aptitude for analysis and reporting and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effective and efficient communicate cross
- functionally
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using SAP or similar ERP system as well as Demand Planning tools
- Solid understanding of demand and inventory management practices and procedures
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Good command of English writing and speaking[]
