- Drive the Demand Planning process across the functions to find out proper demands level to provide sufficient stock level to secure business
- Responsible to creating a demand plan that serves as a base for sales and supply activities, aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and company profitability
- Minimum 3~5 years' experience in a Demand Planning role or similar
- Bachelor's degree from a fouryear college
- Strong aptitude for analysis and reporting and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effective and efficient communicate crossfunctionally
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using SAP or similar ERP system as well as Demand Planning tools
- Solid understanding of demand and inventory management practices and procedures
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Good command of English writing and speaking

Overview:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Demand and Inventory plans for Wilson business
Play a key role in the Demand planning process driving cross-functional alignment and communication
Monitor changes in the marketplace and act as a sparring partner for Sales and Commercial
Measuring demand planning accuracy and working for continuous improvement
Develop effective forecasting models based on available data including industry trends and demand patterns
Continuous improvement of processes and systems to increase forecast accuracy
Communicate forecast and inventory projections to key stakeholders as required
Provide reports and analytics tools to support fact-based decision-making to Brand head
Close communication with Brand Head, Sale team, and Supply planner
