    Analyst II – Workplace Investigations Job Overview


    Investigate workplace complaints with a focus on cases of alleged discrimination, retaliation, harassment, workplace violence along with wage & hour.

    Assignment of 1-3 cases per business day.
    You will utilize the Colleague Relations Investigator Playbook to conduct these investigations. This will include a thorough review of all applicable Policies and/or Procedures to assess for violations.
    You will evaluate for legal and financial risk to the company, collaborating with our legal partners when necessary.

    When appropriate, you will partner with other departments within the organization such as Risk Management, Loss Prevention, Security, and Compliance.

    At the conclusion of your investigations, you will present investigative findings and recommendations to key stakeholders (maybe provide examples of who these stakeholders might be).

    Analyst II – Workplace Investigations Qualifications

    5+ years of Employee Relations investigations experience.
    Must have Salesforce and/or Service Now experience
    Must be proficient with electronic note-taking and recordkeeping
    Handwritten notes and documentation are not encouraged or approved practices.
    Must be available to work an eight-hour workday – time of day may fluctuate based on business need.

    Analyst II – Workplace Investigations Benefits


    Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance.

    A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
