Review and analyze preliminary investment information received for potential loan opportunities.
Prepare financial analysis including the review of historical operating statements, rent rolls, and pro-formas, utilizing both Excel and Argus cash flow models.
Abstract leases, review loan documents, financial reports and third-party reports.
Assist with asset management-related tasks, including construction draw reviews, analysis of prospective leases, and oversight of property management and collections activities.
Job Requirements:
Highly motivated to establish and grow a successful career in commercial real estate finance with high work ethic and ability to self start, run with and take ownership of tasks as assigned
1-2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate finance, banking, or other relevant field.
Bachelor degree in Real Estate Finance, Economics, or a related field or advanced degree in physics or mathematics.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong analytical and modeling skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word a must.
Working knowledge of Argus is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Salary Range:
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000
