    Responsibilities:

    • Review lease agreements and abstract
    • Process or enter new leases or amendment into Lease Management System (Visual Lease experience preferred)
    • Establish operating expense recovery schedules and monthly recurring charges in accounting software
    • Transfer security deposit from old to new lease account
    • Reconcile building square feet monthly
    • Review and process write-off requests
    • Process late fee calculations
    • Enter Pre-bill estimated recovery charges Annually
    • Prepare and review year end expense recovery reconciliations
    • Perform analytic review of budget to actual; year over year; and other comparisons
    • Assist lease administration with gathering documents for tenant and operational audits
    • Assist accounting with general accounting functions, such as data entry when needed
    • Research and respond to field calls from lease administration and client
    • Complete special projects as assigned
    • Analyze leases for clients pursuant to ASC 842

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in accounting, preferred
    • Must have experience in ASC 842 analysis and compliance
    • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Good Interpersonal, detail oriented, and organization skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Proficient PC skills required (Excel/Word/PDF)
    • Good judgement, initiative and accuracy
    • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
    • 4+ years related work experience
    • Property Management experience, a plus
