- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the application.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate activities among cross-functional teams, including helpdesk, trainers, business analysts, designers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure the system meets user requirements, including functionality, usability, and security standards.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to identify and address any issues or bugs.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including faculty members, administrators, and students, to gather requirements and feedback for the system.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and milestones to stakeholders regularly.
- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the development of training materials and resources for users of the online clerkship application system.
- Oversee and ensure successful execution of training sessions.
- Manage helpdesk team that provides ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing any technical issues or questions that arise.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, requirements, and system functionalities.
- Generate regular reports on project progress, including milestones achieved, challenges encountered, and resolutions implemented.
- Identify opportunities for system improvement and optimization based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure all work products and deliverables meet quality expectations and are delivered on time.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience managing software development projects, preferably in an academic or government setting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in system analysis, design, and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Eligibility to obtain a government security clearance.
