Project Lead

Job Summary:

Take on a pivotal role at the forefront of national security as a Project Lead with the Defense Intelligence Agency.

In this critical position, you'll spearhead efforts to declassify sensitive DIA records, both physical and electronic, ensuring timely release while upholding stringent security standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Serving as primary interface between the Contractor and the GovernmentDeveloping and implementing plans to reduce/address inventorying and Automatic (25-Year) declassification backlog activities in accordance with project management standardsManaging and monitoring project cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, materials, security, deliverables, quality, and metric objectives and milestonesCollecting, analyzing, and maintaining task performance metrics that measure the execution of all business and operational activitiesProviding the Government with monthly status reportsCoordinating, collaborating, and communicating with the COR and/or government lead/POC daily to address potential problems, issues, and/or risksEnsuring recruiting and retention activities are on-goingSubmitting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to the COREnsuring proper on-boarding of personnel to include individual account creation, security needs for access, and other administrative requirementsCoordinating complicated workflow processes and ensuring both accurate and timelyproduction that meets declassification standardsSupporting declassification activities weeklyRequired Qualifications and Skills:TS/SCI clearance with CI polyBachelor's degree7 years of experience managing/leading 25-year Automatic declassification activities in accordance with NARA-approved standardsThe physical ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 25 poundsWork Setting and Environment:Monday - Friday, normal business hoursWork is to be performed at government facilities in Washington, DC and Landover, MDTravel throughout the greater DC areaHow FedWriters Will Compensate and
