This 12-week internship, starting in May at our Colonial Heights, VA plant, offers the perfect opportunity to dive into the world of supply chain operations within the world's largest hummus manufacturing siteAs part of Operations, you'll use your skills, our systems, and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious Humus our consumers love.
While taking ownership in your area of work, you'll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.
Our internship assignments focus on practical, value-added projects, and related experiences that teach how operations production drives value throughout the organization.
Dip Into Your RoleManufacturing engineering related work experience could include product non-conformance review, technical support on the production floor, reviewing engineering drawings to ensure compatibility with specs and fabrication capabilities, and/or efficiency studies on manufactured parts.
Quality related work experience could include product inspection, inspection data analysis, measurement capability studies, failure and analysis reports, traceability documentation, and/or contamination control.
Operations related work experience could include components of production planning, material handling, and/or lean initiatives & process improvement studies.Provide support to plant team members to gain hands on experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
