    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

    This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing who is looking to take the next step in their career.

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate leads.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and optimize digital campaigns across various channels.

    What you will do-


    • Plan, create, implement, and report on marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads to sales
    • Lead communications projects in the areas of advertising, promotional programs, public relations, and trade shows, including digital campaigns
    • Write effective, compelling copy for sales campaigns and web pages
    • Develop, implement, evaluate and report on marketing communications plans in support of strategic objectives
    • Prepare and edit materials for internal and external presentations
    • Assist with website copy and content management.
    Requirements


    What you will bring-

    Skills/Competencies


    • Familiar with Healthcare industry or eagerness to learn it
    • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
    • Excellent written communication skills with experience writing ad copy
    • Exposure to the production of visual marketing content (graphic design and video)
    • Data and analytics experience
    • Experience with or a desire to learn HubSpot, WordPress, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.
    • Knowledgeable of leading search engine analysis software such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
    • Ability to analyze data with accuracy, provide monthly and quarterly reporting and learnings.
    • Confident presenting results to a wide range of stakeholders.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing team to share ideas, get feedback on plans, identify opportunities for cross team tactics.
    Required Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as Marketing or Communications
    • 1+ years of Marketing communications/writing experience
    Preferred Qualifications


    • HubSpot website administration
    • Experience with Adobe Design tools (Illustrator and Photoshop)
    • Public and press relations experience
    • Healthcare technology experience

    What you can expect-


    • Office -bound, but occasional travel may be required
    • Position at the Provo office
    • Flexible to work long hours as required
