    Description

    Our client, a company in the financial industry, is in search of a skilled Call Center Specialist to join their dynamic team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing top-notch customer service
    • Handling incoming calls efficiently
    • Reporting issues impacting customer satisfaction
    • Conducting timely follow-ups on account inquiries
    • Offering accurate information on deposit products
    • Demonstrating effective problem-solving abilities
    • Exhibiting strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail
    • Elevating exceptional service reports and addressing complaints

    Training and Growth:

    • Completing essential corporate training and acquiring in-depth knowledge of systems
    • Showing self-motivation to enhance knowledge and improve service capabilities consistently
    • Maintaining understanding of all Retail Servicing policies and procedures
    • Keeping training documentation orderly and staying updated on new information
    • Operating in accordance with compliance policies and procedures

    Processing Tasks:

    • Conducting account analysis
    • Performing manual research on accounts
    • Clearly documenting comments
    • Processing and updating deposit applications in the system
    • Making outbound calls to offer information and address inquiries
    • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of database updates
    • Proficiency in all necessary systems for effective customer service

    Skills and Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Previous experience in banking or customer service
    • Thorough understanding of various business area processes and procedures
    • Proficiency in relevant department systems
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Capability to remain composed and professional while resolving complex customer issues
    • Familiarity with Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent data entry abilities
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals
    • Specialized skills developed through job-related training
    • Proactive in identifying innovative solutions to challenges
    • Able to work with minimal supervision
    • Consistent in meeting strict attendance requirements

    Rate of Pay: $22 per hour (W2)
