AVA specialist and construction manager (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin

Your responsibilities:

  • Accompanying the execution and detailed planning for new buildings and renovation projects (phase 5 of the HOAI)
  • Creating tender documents in the form of performance specifications and functional performance descriptions
  • Obtaining and evaluating company offers, developing award proposals
  • Conducting and documenting award negotiations, accompanying the client in the awarding of contracts
  • Construction management and artistic object supervision
  • Invoicing and documentation

Your qualifications:

  • Architect, civil engineer, construction technician or equivalent education (building submission authorization not required)
  • Minimum of 58 years of practical work experience in phases 68 in a planning/construction management office, preferably with project management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of building construction and building physics
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken German
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Serviceoriented, friendly, assertive and committed attitude
