To strengthen our team in the Technical Facility Management department, we are looking for a Technical Facility Management Technician (m/f/d) in Nagold at the earliest possible date.

Your challenge:

Direct technical support for HVAC, fire protection, and fire alarm systems
Ensuring and organizing the operational functionality of building services systems
Monitoring and controlling building services systems
Active contribution of own initiative for energy optimization of building services equipment
Expertise in measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR technology) for precise control of systems
Supervision and coordination of external craftsmen and service providers for smooth processes
Participation in fire protection and first aid measures
