    Job Description

    Duration : 6 Months

    Rate :
    $50/hr On C2C (Max)

    Job Description :

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead a team of application developers and data analysts
    • Own the application design process, including needs and requirements analysis for new systems, ensuring compliance with client security operations, and technical/UX improvements for existing systems
    • Principal responsibility for system availability and application quality; monitor project, team and system performance via key performance indicators (KPIs) using internal tools
    • Adapt to rapidly evolving requirements and changing priorities and drive the team accordingly
    • Take a leading role in feature, bug and project prioritization in collaboration with Client stakeholder and team
    • Create and maintain documentation related to the teams activities and projects
    • Train and mentor new and current developers; drive to develop a resultsoriented team
    • Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily standups and sprint retrospectives
    • Define and Implement process improvements that promote program agility and scalability
    • Actively contribute to the code base; up to 50% of this position involves coding

    MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

    • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
    • 5+ years of full stack web application development experience with strong skills in JavaScript and
    • Python (preferred) or one or more of Java/C#/Go
    • Strong skills and experience in complex web application design
    • Experience in a technical leadership role
    • Client side JavaScript frameworks like Angular
    • Software development experience with App Engines
    • Experience with Agile Scrum
