We are currently looking for a
Production Manager (m/f/d) for the
southern Bavaria location to start as soon as possible.

This person should lead this area with high technical and interpersonal competence.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective production, optimizing processes, and regularly maintaining our production process to keep it at the highest level and further expand it.

Your responsibilities also include toolmaking, maintenance, and project management. The position reports directly to the management.


Our expectations of you:


  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role in plastics engineering ideally in the packaging industry
  • Successful training as a technician/engineer or comparable further education and experience in injection molding production
  • Strong process and quality thinking
  • Leadership experience in an industrial plastics production environment


You are characterized by conceptual thinking and entrepreneurial action, as well as assertiveness, negotiation skills, and communication and teamwork abilities.

You bring a hands-on mentality, strong decision-making skills, and a convincing presence. Good knowledge of English is required.
