Job Description:


In this position, you will ensure the learning success of our participants in a team of Educational Data Scientists and Data Science Mentors by proactively supporting them in learning Data Analytics and Data Science content.

In addition to active mentoring, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our trainings and contribute to the high quality of our trainings at all levels.


Responsibilities:

  • Explaining Data Analytics and Data Science content of our online trainings in the remote classroom
  • Developing and implementing engaging live learning units
  • Conducting individual project discussions with participants
  • Being a point of contact for content and technical questions via email, forum, and phone
  • Conducting individual mentoring sessions
  • Ensuring quality and continuous development of existing trainings

Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
  • You have experience in conveying complex information, for example as a tutor
  • You enjoy interacting with our training participants
  • You are familiar with Python and already use pandas and matplotlib. Additional experience with machine learning algorithms is desirable
  • You are able to take the perspective of our course participants and enjoy supporting them in the learning process
  • You have good communication skills, enjoy working in a team, and have a handson mentality
  • You speak and write German at a high level (C2)
