Key Responsibilities:
As the Community Manager, you will be the face of the brand, overseeing day-to-day community operations while collaborating with the team on long-term strategies.
providing exceptional support to our member companies and ensuring the efficient functioning of our spaces.
This role will also play a crucial part in driving member engagement, working closely with our sales and member services teams to ensure a seamless experience for both current and future members.
In addition to managing the community's vibrant atmosphere, you'll be responsible for conducting in-person tours, handling walk-ins, and organizing memorable member events.
Leveraging both online tools and in-person networking, you will build and nurture relationships that enhance our company's brand within the community.
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong background and experience in customer service and communicationAdaptability to change and shifting priorities, thriving in ambiguous situationsExceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detailProficiency in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office SuiteRemarkable ability to meet deadlines and deliver resultsPreferred:Experience working with startupsBackground in hospitalityFamiliarity with Canva and ClickUp or related project management softwareExperience managing systems (billing/phone/community platforms)
