    A global manufacturer of high-tech equipment is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join its Finance team at its headquarters location. The position reports directly to the CFO and heads-up the FP&A team. The person in this role will lead the companywide budget process and regular forecast process as well as financial analysis reporting.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead the annual budget process from beginning to end companywide.
    • Lead the monthly financial forecasting process
    • Prepare monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis
    • Perform customer and product profitability analysis and make investment and pricing decisions
    • Provide decision support and analysis through financial modeling and financial/management reporting
    • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis
    • Assist with corporate financial planning and analysis
    • Impact forecasting and reporting processes
    • Streamline the monthly costs reporting process
    • Provide financial analysis and support to business unit management
    • Drive monthly closing process and reporting
    • Consolidating and analyzing monthly financial and non-financial data
    • Optimize processes in financial and management reporting
    • Encompassing traditional financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting, analysis of business results
    • Create and maintain financial models to support monthly financial reporting in all areas of the financial statements variance analysis in foreign currency and USD
    • Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis
    • Submit monthly and quarterly financial reports

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors degree in Finance.
    • 8 to 10 years of relevant finance experience preferably with a foundation of a few years in corporate accounting.
    • Global experience a plus, manufacturing, technology or engineering industry experience preferred.
    • Strong systems proficiency with ERP systems.
    • Planning software experience a must, Prophix experience a plus.
    • Staff management experience required.
    • Outstanding communication skills with experience collaborating throughout company departments and business units.
