    Are you looking for an opportunity to do meaningful work, support an important mission, and get hands-on experience working with an iconic brand? Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania (GSEP), a top ten Girl Scout Council in the country, is looking for three Volunteer Experience Specialists to join the Mission Delivery team.

    We are currently looking for Volunteer Experience Specialists to serve the following counties:

    PhiladelphiaChester, Delaware, BerksLehigh Valley, Montgomery, Northampton, BucksAt GSEP, staff members are committed to building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

    Girl Scouts is the preeminent leadership development organization for girls.

    And with programs from coast to coast and across the globe, Girl Scouts offers every girl a chance to do something amazing.

    Heres how you can helpThe GSEP Volunteer Experience Specialists (VES) work as part of an integrated, regionally assigned, mission delivery team alongside Girl Experience and Community Engagement Specialists.

    The team will work to provide the Girl Scout experience aligned to key identifiers and needs within the community.

    The VESs have an intimate understanding of the Volunteer Tool kit and Volunteer Resources and provide support to leaders who are working to follow GSEP policy for troop implementation, etc.

    The Volunteer Experience Specialists understand their community and ensures that all aspects of their job are delivered through an equity-based lens and with a DEI-centered approach.

    This position ensures use of multiple streams of data to develop tactics, utilizing cookbook and community-based mapping.
    Salesforce and SAP Litmos experience a plus.
