- Trade shows and other events: Drive a thorough preparation process, ensuring successful execution of all components - from booth design and logistics to lead generation and follow-up. Take full responsibility for understanding all steps necessary for preparation and for getting each task accomplished on time and on budget.
- Digital and social media: Craft and execute engaging online plans to build brand awareness, drive engagement and generate demand. Create and maintain social calendar and listening plan.
- Design & production: Manage design projects, printing orders and swag creation. Ensure top-notch quality and consistent brand messaging across all materials. Maintain correspondence and take responsibility for the accuracy of all material worked on with third-parties.
- Data-driven decisions: Analyze marketing performance, track details and identify areas for improvement. Optimize tactics based on data-driven insights.
- Adhere to all company policies, processes and procedures.
- Adhere to federal and state regulations.
- Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of (five) 5 years' experience managing marketing programs, with a proven track record of success.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving assigned projects from ideation to execution, including trade shows, digital tactics, social media, design and production (including asset design, printing, swag and more). This individual must take on diverse tasks, prioritize effectively and adapt to the ever-evolving needs of a growing start-up.
This individual must be detail-oriented, have a solid understanding of marketing techniques and be laser-focused to ensure a consistent brand across all marketing activities. The position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to take ownership of a project to ensure successful completion.
