Summary:

This position is remote with 20% Travel.


Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

Develop and manage the execution of marketing, advertising and social media initiatives to drive new customer acquisition, lead Road Shows/Event Planning, and increase digital and social media engagement designed to meet business needs.


  • Work with relevant stakeholders on marketing priorities based on changing market conditions to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain and ensure the integrity and consistency of the company's brand identity standards.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI with insights on how to improve and optimize performance of marketing efforts.
  • Stay current on marketing trends and identify new opportunities to reach target audiences.
  • Oversee external vendors on brand promotion and various advertising, digital and social media campaigns.
  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, partner meetings, and customer events.
  • Take on additional marketing and related projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in M arketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Sprout and other Marketing products and Event Planning.
  • 5 + years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand and product strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and creative and content management platforms.
  • Consulting Services experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of current marketing and advertising approaches, techniques and methodologies.
