    My client is a fast growing start up company within the consumer goods space. They foster an entrepreneurial culture allowing all of their employees to have a seat at the table. They aren't just looking for an employee they are looking for a partner to help them improve their supply chain as the business is exponentially growing.

    Job Description

    1. Develop and maintain the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    2. Lead the S&OP meetings to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
    3. Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, production, procurement, and logistics teams to gather inputs and validate forecasts.
    4. Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and historical data to generate accurate demand forecasts.
    5. Work closely with production planning and procurement teams to ensure adequate supply to meet forecasted demand while minimizing excess inventory.
    6. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to S&OP process effectiveness, such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and customer service levels.
    7. Identify and escalate potential supply chain disruptions, capacity constraints, or inventory imbalances, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
    8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the S&OP process.
    9. Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and data analytics.
    10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on S&OP performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations.

      The Successful Applicant

      1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
      2. Proven experience (5 years) in Sales and Operations Planning, demand planning, supply chain management, or a similar role.
      3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
      4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      5. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus-based decision-making.
      6. Proficiency in S&OP software tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
      7. Knowledge of best practices in demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
      8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
      9. Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
      10. Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset. What's on Offer

        Target compensation for the S&OP Manager is $100,000 - $130,000 base salary + Bonus, Equity and unlimited PTO. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
