- Develop and maintain the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the S&OP meetings to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, production, procurement, and logistics teams to gather inputs and validate forecasts.
- Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and historical data to generate accurate demand forecasts.
- Work closely with production planning and procurement teams to ensure adequate supply to meet forecasted demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to S&OP process effectiveness, such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and customer service levels.
- Identify and escalate potential supply chain disruptions, capacity constraints, or inventory imbalances, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the S&OP process.
- Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and data analytics.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on S&OP performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in Sales and Operations Planning, demand planning, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus-based decision-making.
- Proficiency in S&OP software tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of best practices in demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
