Job Description

IntegriServ Cleaning Systems, a Clean Team subsidiary, Commercial Cleaning Company, seeks a Sales representative to cover the greater Cleveland area. The ideal candidate can provide self-generated leads. Responsibilities include converting prospective customers into new account starts and providing ongoing support and services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Grow the branch through Sales and Retention of customers
Form business relationships through networking, face-to-face canvassing, cold calling and other methods.
Run scheduled appointments and cold calls. Meet and work prospects.
Develop strong relationships with clients and franchisee team.
Act as a liaison between the customer and franchisee
Manage new Customer Start-up processes

Qualifications

1-2 years business-to-business sales experience
Solid work ethic, goal-driven, competitive and self-motivated
Basic computer skills including MS Office required
Motivating and outgoing personality a must
Exceptionally organized, effective at time management, and demonstrated follow-up abilities
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance required.
