Our team of municipal property management is working as a service provider for the city of Hamburg. For Hamburg's future-oriented infrastructure projects, such as the mobility transition, school construction, or dike elevation, we procure the necessary land.

Sales Representative (m/f/d) for municipal properties

Your responsibilities:


  • Evaluation of property documents
  • Valuation of land and review and evaluation of appraisals
  • Negotiations with potential buyers and owners, including onsite appointments
  • Preparation of purchase and easement contracts
  • Organization and execution (on behalf) of notarization and certification appointments
  • Coordination with the respective needs of the city
  • Process management
