Position Role:


Steel Cities Steels, Inc is seeking a full-time inside salesperson. Our Inside Sales team professionally and courteously assists our customers by providing them with the products and services they require.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who loves sales and enjoys being part of an organization where your abilities will stand out and be rewarded.

The role is ideal for an experienced, phone-based sales professional, with strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in an accurate and timely fashion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact with customers and prospective customers
• Proactively generate sales and promote company products
• Negotiate sale price and lead time
• Process sales procedures from initial quote to completion of order

Qualifications and Skills required:

• Strong customer service focus/skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, organized, detail oriented, highly motivated
• Strong math and geometry skills
• Able to multitask
• Good team player
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

Education and experience requirements:

• 13 years of sales experience in an industrial business environment
• Business to Business selling experience
• College Degree preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required

Pay:
$35, $50,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights

Education:

• High school or equivalent (preferred)
