We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team in the Restoration Industry.
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of restoration projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction and restoration processes, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in estimating complex projects.
Responsibilities:
Project Assessment:
Conduct thorough site assessments to understand the scope of restoration projects.
Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents to identify key requirements.
Cost Estimation:
Utilize industry-specific software and tools to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates.
Consider factors such as labor, materials, equipment, permits, and overhead costs in estimating.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Risk Analysis:
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with restoration projects.
Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive and well-organized documentation for all estimates.
Maintain accurate records of project specifications, pricing details, and relevant communication.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods to enhance estimating accuracy.
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements within the estimating department.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Estimator in the Restoration Industry.
