The Director of Business Development and Account Management will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company while further helping establish and promote the Company's mission, vision and culture.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing new strategies and establishing long term relationships with property management companies, HOAs, commercial property owners, and other organizations.

Responsibilities include sales activities such as; networking, lead generation, social media, participation in industry organizations and events. Purpose of Role:


  • Work with leadership to plan association involvement levels and budgets.
  • Work with Senior Management to design and implement advertising strategies including content selection and budgeting.
  • Plan and organize marketing functions, including charitable events, and other networking and social activities.
  • Be a presence on social media, specifically marketing for our target audience.

Responsibilities:


  • Become and remain proficient on our services and the associated terminology.
  • Adhere to company standards and best practices.
  • Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service at all times.
  • Identify and develop new relationships through calling, visiting, networking and referrals.
  • Dedicated to driving business development and client retention within a specified geographical region.
  • Independently nurtures and maintains existing client relationships, conducting periodic satisfaction checks and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Generates regular reports, tracking work as specified by the manager.
  • Possesses indepth knowledge of industry products and local competition, staying informed about prevalent industry trends within the region.
  • Exhibits excellent phone manners and performs other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Proactively manages and expands relationships with targeted prospects and existing clients, demonstrating a proven ability to achieve measurable production goals and elevate company gross profit growth.
  • Works with crossfunctional areas such as sales, production, legal, finance and management to ensure successful implementations and ongoing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Create spreadsheets of data to advise on progress and forecast.
  • Present our services to different organizations in the community and clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for business growth.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or a similar role with a focus in the construction, home services, restoration, roofing, or real estate vertices.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in related field or equivalent
  • Must be able to attend networking functions.
  • Experience inputting and tracking sales related data into CRM.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e. word, powerpoint and excel)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
  • An outgoing, driven, tenacious, teamoriented attitude.

Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
