    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Join Global Atlantic Financial Group, Inc., a company with a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, energetic individual seeking career advancement. We are looking for a Regional Vice President to join our team in the vibrant market of Los Angeles.

    • Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales goals and nurturing client relationships with financial advisors.
    • Sales position with base salary and commission based on territory sales.
    • Develop and maintain profitable relationships with financial advisors to drive sales and market share.
    • Manage client relationships through face-to-face visits, telephone, and email communications.
    • Create business plans for the territory with activity-oriented objectives to track progress.
    • Collaborate with internal wholesalers to enhance established territories.
    • Explain the benefits of Global Atlantic products to financial advisors.
    • Utilize client & territory management tools effectively.
    • Leverage influential connections in the territory.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in financial services sales, wholesaling, and relationship management.
    • Responsible, conscientious, and self-motivated.
    • Ability to devise a business strategy within the territory.
    • Create and deliver effective presentations to brokers.
    • Adapt to change and display a willingness to learn.
    • Must obtain/maintain applicable State Licenses including Life, Health, and Variable Lines of Authority.

    Required Licenses:

    • Series 7, Series 63, and non-resident state licensing for all states in the territory.

    Preferred 5-7+ years of financial services sales experience.

    Important: This role does not support visa sponsorship currently or in the future.
