- Manage all aspects of client's commercial insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration.
- Explain coverages and types of policies, suggest specific coverage enhancements, and resolve general customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, their representatives and insurance company personnel.
- Accurately and efficiently maintain electronic client account records and electronic file documentation in the course of processing rewrites, endorsements, cancellations and renewals.
- Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years industry experience in account manager role or higher.
- Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
- Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
- Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
- Must be detailed oriented. Accuracy in this position is critical.
